Recently we had to implement both FileKing and BookingWizz on one of our clients websites. The problem was that he already had a custom made CMS from which he wanted to manage bookings and files. To avoid unnecessary integration time we decided to create 2 new sections in the CMS and then insert an iframe to manage fileking and bookingwizz inside. We knew that even though iframe would work – whenever content inside the iframe would get longer than the iframe\’s "height" attribute we would get vertical scroll. There was no actual way of making the height of the iframe "liquid" with simplt HTML or CSS (setting it to 100% for example, wouldn’t work). We thought that now, when we have jQuery – there had to be a solution for this….
We are glad to announce that we have released an update (v3.1) for our php booking software – BookingWizz.
This update mainly consists of bug fixes and small typos fixes. Here are 3 major changelog entries:
– Fixed manual booking functionality for administrator to add manual bookings.
– Fixed confirmation email message date, now reads Day Month Year – Time (no more 00:00:00)
– Fixed bug which caused table grid display error on some months like May 2011 and January 2012 if “Monday” selected as first day of the week in admin.
At the moment update available only to CodeCanyon customers (if you purchased bookingWizz on CodeCanyon before – simply re-download the file, you will get automatically latest release). If you haven\’t purchased on CodeCanyon anything before – it is really easy, all you need to do is create account and pay for the file.
As always we would like to ask our customers to submit any errors, bugs and typos you might stumble upon in the new release of the script. You can also submit your reports using comments form for this blog post.
In today’s highly competitive, fast-paced and constantly evolving internet workplace, designers and developers and in some cases business owners, need to find efficient ways to create solutions to meet their client needs and demand. In many cases, it makes more sense to use a third party scripts to accomplish the tasks associated with a web project.
We’ve finally launched our new website and everyone is invited…
