Support forum launched, support policy updated!

We’re glad to announce launch of our support forum (finally!). Recently we started to receive double of the amount of support requests from our valued customers and waiting times increased from 24-48 to 72-96 hours which is clearly unacceptable… We had to find a better solution and so here it is – http://support.criticalgears.io

To view existing threads and discussion you will have to create an account, and in order to do that you will need to use your Envato Marketplace Username and License Key. If you don’t have license key – all you need to do is go to registration page, everything is explained there.

We welcome any type of feedback from our customers for any of our existing products, suggestions for future updates and exciting ideas about what to build next. You will notice that there are not so many threads open at the moment – we will add all existing FAQ and tutorials for all products over next couple of days.

Please note that from now on we will provide support ONLY through http://support.criticalgears.io forum. All email requests (except custom development) will be advised to view existing forum for subject product or open new thread. All pre-sale questions will still be replied through email, however there will be Pre-Sale FAQ threads for each product which will not be locked to view for unregistered customers. We do believe that providing support in this way will be much faster and it will allow us to focus more on the products themselves.
